Titles with Premium Resources

1.  What are Premium Resources?

Premium Resources are enhanced versions of the Standard supplemental materials that accompany many Guilford titles, such as reproducible forms, online supplements, and, depending on the title, additional media. Premium forms are fillable. You can download one form at a time or print out the whole packet. You can quickly search for individual forms or handouts by title. For example, therapists can easily share these materials with clients, and clients can fill them out and send them back – even without a printer. Some Premium Resources may include additional value-added content not in the book or the free Standard resources; if so, this will be clearly indicated on the order page.

2.  Is access to Premium Resources permanent?

Yes, once you purchase a set of Premium Resources, you have access to it any time, and can also download and save it to your personal devices.

3.  What devices can I use these resources on?

Depending on the resource type, you should be able to access these on most devices, including desktop computers and mobile devices. Fillable form functionality is available in Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, and on web browsers.

4.  How do I access these once I purchase them?

After purchase, your order confirmation email will contain a link to the Premium Resources. You can also find a link from the Your Orders page, or you can navigate to the supplementary materials page from the book’s product page. Note: To access your materials, you must be signed in to the Guilford account with which you purchased them.

5.  What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by visiting our Change Your Password page. Simply follow the instructions provided, and you’ll be able to set a new password in just a few steps. For security, you'll need access to the email associated with your account.

6.  I pre-ordered Premium Resources for a title – how will I know when these are available?

You will receive an email when the product you pre-ordered becomes available.

7.  Is Guilford going to start charging for all supplementary resources?

No—the Standard Resources for each title will continue to be provided free of charge. If you choose to take advantage of the Premium option, we hope you enjoy the added convenience and innovative features.

8.  Can I buy the Premium Resources without buying the book?

Because the Premium Resources are sold as a separate product, it is possible to purchase them without buying the book. However, to use the premium materials effectively, you need the information and instructions provided in the book.

9.  Are Premium Resources returnable?

Because these are digital products, they are not returnable. If you want to get a sense of what materials are included before purchasing, you can always look at the Standard version free of charge before purchasing the Premium version. Keep in mind that the Standard version generally won’t have each file provided individually, and any forms won’t be fillable.

10.  Can I share my purchase with friends or colleagues?

Premium Resources are intended for the individual purchaser’s personal use or use with clients or students.
