1.  Who can join the Customer Club?

Anyone and everyone!


2.  How do I enroll?

It’s as easy as 1-2-3! Simply click the “Enroll Now” button on the Customer Club page and follow the prompts to verify your email and fill out your profile. Then you’re in!


3.  Is there a fee to join?

Nope! The Customer Club is free to join.


4.  How can I update my customer profile?

Simply navigate to the Customer Club page. Once there and signed into your account, you will have the option to update your information.


5.  How does the Customer Club discount work?

To use your Customer Club 20% discount and free shipping, simply log in to your account! When you go to checkout, the discount (and free U.S. shipping) will be automatically applied.


6.  I live in Canada or outside of the U.S. — can I get free shipping on my order?

Free shipping is for orders shipped to the U.S. only. See our International Ordering page for more information on ordering outside of the U.S.


7.  Can the Customer Club discount be combined with other special offers on the site?

Your Customer Club 20% discount cannot be used in combination with other special offers on the Guilford website, such as the $10 book sale, package sales, or our Print + e-Book offer.

However, you may combine your Club benefits with other special offers by promotional code. While the benefits can be combined, they are not additive. The highest discount will take precedence so that you will receive the best price possible for each title.

For instance, if you have a promotional code that applies a 30% discount to a specific title, that title will be 30% off, any other eligible items will receive the 20% off club discount, and you will get free U.S. shipping on the whole order as a club member.

8.  Can I order more than 5 copies of an item with my Customer Club benefits?

No, the Customer Club benefits are restricted to 5 copies per eligible item. To order more than 5 copies of an item, visit our Bulk Orders and Special Sales page for ordering information. Alternatively, you can sign out of your account and complete checkout as a guest to order more than 5 copies of an item without your club benefits.


9.  What communications will I receive after joining?

Aside from new book releases and author news, you will also receive emails every two weeks with your exclusive Customer Club offers. Be sure to manage your preferences to only get emails in subjects you are interested in.


10.  What if I don’t want these communications?

To keep your Customer Club membership active, you must remain subscribed to email communications from Guilford Press. This is also the best, and only, way to receive your exclusive Club perks!


11.  Can I cancel my membership at any time?

You can deactivate your membership any time by unsubscribing from Guilford emails using the link at the bottom of all our emails, or by submitting the unsubscribe form with the email address associated with your Customer Club account. You can reactivate your membership at any time by resubscribing, including from the Customer Club page.


12.  What if I accidentally unsubscribe from emails and deactivate my Customer Club membership?

No problem! You can easily resubscribe to emails and reactivate your membership from the Customer Club page.


13.  What if I forget my password?

No problem! Just follow the steps to change your password.


14.  How do I know if I’m a Customer Club member?

Sign in and navigate to the Your Account page, and click on “Customer Club” to go to the Club page. If you are a Club member, you can easily view and edit your profile information there or view your membership status.


15.  Can I place Customer Club orders over the phone?

Customer Club offers are only valid on online orders, but you are welcome to place orders without club benefits over the phone at (800) 365-7006.
